Computational & Molecular Genetics Research
We are part of the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics, Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) and the Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics .
Research in the lab focuses on the development of bioinformatics methods for the analysis of complex biological data, with particular emphasis on DNA modifications, metabolomics, and aging. We aim to integrate multi-omics data to better understand the molecular mechanisms underlying gene regulation, metabolic processes, and age-related changes.
